The photo matters more than anything else you can send. It is the difference between paint that needs a $300 polish and paint that needs correction from $350, and we would rather tell you which before you commit than after.

No. As long as the vehicle is accessible and the keys are arranged, you can leave us to it. We bring our own water and power, so we do not need your outdoor tap or an outlet — which matters in a Calgary February and in most underground parkades.

Interior detailing and leather work run year-round in any weather.

Exterior work involving wax or sealant, polishing, correction or ceramic coating needs a garage or heated parkade between roughly October and April. Those products will not cure properly below about 10°C, and applying them cold produces a finish that fails within weeks.

Cash, credit card, debit card or Interac e-transfer. Payment is taken after the work is finished and we have walked around the vehicle with you — not up front.

Dealer lots, small business fleets and multi-car households are all straightforward for a mobile setup, and multiple vehicles at one address are quoted at a better rate than the same vehicles booked separately.
