No — and it makes the coating perform worse, not better. Carnauba wax sits on top of the ceramic layer and masks the coating's own hydrophobic behaviour, so water beads less than it did before you waxed it. A coated vehicle is maintained with a pH-neutral wash and a ceramic booster spray instead.

A coated car starts beading less after a winter of salt and grit, the owner reads that as the coating failing, and reaches for wax — which suppresses the beading further and confirms the wrong diagnosis. What the coating usually needs is decontamination and a booster, not a layer over the top of it. If your vehicle is coated, book a ceramic maintenance wash and we will restore the beading properly.
